Using a 42"/120 mm size US 0/2 mm circular knitting needle and Shetland Wool/a 2-ply (2 strand) yarn.

The pattern is rather simple:

Cast-On 49 stitches

Row 1: Thread Over, Two Together, * Over, Knit 3, Over, Knit 3 Together,* Repeat from * until the last 5 stitches. Over, Knit 3, Over, Knit 2

Row 2: Over, K2Tog, *Over, K2Tog, K1, K2Tog, Over, K1* Knitting two instead of one on the last repeat.

Row 3: Over, K2, *Over, K2Tog, Over, K3Tog, Over, K1.* Over, K2Tog, Over, K3 on last 5 stitches.

Row 4: Over, K2Tog, *Over, K1, Over, K2Tog, K1, K2Tog.* Over, K1, Over, K2 last 3 stitches.

Knit to preffered length and finish with 3 rows of plain knitting.

Sew on lace edging.
